All Dino, Coed and Men's/Women's Grass division registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis, space is limited, don't wait!
— Cancellation Fee $25 within 60 days of event, $50 within 30 days of event, & no refund within 15 days of event..
— Late Fee per Team (Space Permitting): Additional $10 per team a
— Bad Credit Card or Bounced Check Fee Per Team: $25 and possible cancellation from the tournament.
Putterhead Doubles Open forms will be accepted on the following priority system up until Monday July 12th. After that any remaining opening spots will be filled on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Teams will be accepted based on either of their players 2019 finishes in any of the following events: Beach Bash, Steamboat Doubles, Snowmass Doubles, Breckenridge Doubles, Oasis Classic, Fraser Valley Doubles or the 2019/20 CO Winter Beach Series final standings. 1st tier will be 3rd place or higher, 2nd tier will be 4th-9th finish, 3rd tier will be 10th-15th place & 4th tier is 1st come 1st serve. We will reserve and keep open 2 Wild Card entries per gender for improved competition.
To confirm your registration, please check current entries on AVP America for all divisions minus Open. Open divisions will be notified via email on July 14th who is in and who is on the wait list.
Putterhead Doubles registrations are available online only, it takes 2 minutes even from your phone, thank you 21st century!
Putterhead Doubles Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis (Sand Open Divisions see above). Registrations that are not legible, are incomplete, or do not include payment will not be accepted. Putterhead Doubles grass divisions are comprised of 5-6 teams per pool on 2-3 nets.
